☑Maximum time limit for filing a claim: Any issues must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the package. After this period, no claims will be accepted.
☑Items not covered: Breakage of glass, ceramics, fragile items or items prohibited by customs are not covered.
☑Compensation: If the claim is successful, compensation will always be given in the form of a voucher (credit) for future shipments with VENA cargo, not in cash.
